Job Location: Near east side of Cleveland, OH
Job Type: Full time, Temp to Perm
Pay: $19 per hour
Schedule: 2nd shift - 2pm-11pm, M-F

Job Overview

Oversee the production of metal rods at each processing stage. This position includes machine operation, quality control, production reporting, and preparing orders for shipment.

Requirements

• 2+ years machinist experience strongly preferred
• Computer proficiency
• Experience completing and analyzing quality measurements using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
• Experience operating forklift, pallet jack, and hand/power tools
• Able to lift 50 pounds and remain active for entire shift
• History working with metals is a plus
• Candidates must complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check

Job Responsibilities

• Machine operation, setup, troubleshooting, adjustments, and routine maintenance
• Measure and record product quality at each processing stage
• Transport materials to and from work areas using on-site equipment
• Assist in building boxes and packaging finished products for shipment

Education Required

• H.S. or GED required
• Trade school or specialized training is a plus, but not required
