Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper seeks an Operations Supervisor in Jacksonville, FL to lead production on a 12-hour rotating shift (2-2-3, 6:00pm–7:00am). You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while managing staff and coordinating with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance.

Responsibilities include staffing, safety adherence, process documentation, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives. A HS diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably food & beverage.
• Lean manufacturing, pull/visual systems; understanding of TQM and data-driven improvement preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, for productivity tracking.
• Experience with SAP or similar system preferred.
• Comfortable delivering group presentations to employees and management.
• Provide actionable feedback to others regularly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe workplace with a safety-first mindset.
• Supervise up to 20+ production staff; hire and schedule full-time and some temporary staff.
• Ensure policies, ergonomic standards, safety requirements are followed.
• Oversee process documentation and training to ensure consistency and safety.
• Ensure product quality and adherence to quality processes.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities on improvement projects.
• Track productivity and drive shift efficiency improvements.
• Manage costs per production using lean methods and cross-training.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and reporting.
