Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Operations Production Supervisor in Jacksonville, FL to lead a production team on a 12-hour rotating shift. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements while coordinating with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance.

Responsibilities include supervising 20+ staff, workflow optimization, and ensuring compliance with lean, TQM, and documentation standards. Requires strong presentation skills and proficiency with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food & beverage.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, pull and visual systems and a clear understanding of TQM and problem solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word and productivity tracking.
• Experience with SAP or similar system.
• Ability to develop and deliver group presentations to staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe workplace and promote a safety mindset in all tasks.
• Supervise 20+ production staff and temporary workers; manage scheduling.
• Oversee process documentation and training to ensure consistency and safety.
• Maintain product quality and adherence to quality processes.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities on improvement projects.
• Track shift productivity and drive cost-effective production within budget.
• Oversee inventory control procedures to maintain accuracy.
• Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews for frontline staff.
