Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor - Distribution in the United States. You will lead a frontline team, coach staff, and foster a culture of inclusion while ensuring safe, compliant warehouse operations and steady performance in daily shifts.

You will monitor KPIs, report to management, and develop processes to optimize throughput in our facilities. The role requires 1+ years in a lead role and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; shift hours are Monday-Thursday 5pm-3am.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management and planning skills preferred.
