DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor - Distribution to lead a frontline team in our warehouse operations. You will coach, develop, and empower associates while upholding a culture of safety and accountability.

You will monitor KPIs and operational metrics, provide regular reports to management, and drive continuous improvement. The national salary range is $62,500 - $70,000 with a night shift schedule from 11:00pm to 9:30am.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years operations lead experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• Staff management and workload planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse frontline team with coaching and inclusion.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote safety culture.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide reports to management for improvements.
