Jobot is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for the night shift to oversee nightly production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment in Battle Creek, MI. You will ensure safe, efficient production, quality, and compliance with GMP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Proven GMP implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes.

• Proficiency in safety management and sanitation practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
