Job summary

HULK is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Midland, TX to oversee shop and field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You will coordinate workflows, supervise technicians, and liaise with management to meet daily targets.

You will train staff, manage inventories, and ensure accurate reporting while maintaining compliance with EHS guidelines and company policies. Midland-based role with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 7+ years in a warehouse or manufacturing setting, plus 3-5 years supervisory experience.
• Skills: able to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work on projects outside routine tasks.
• Leadership: proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team.
• Computer skills: strong computer skills and internet use.
• Availability: reliable transportation, punctuality, and willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Pre-Employment: background check and drug screen; valid Class C Driver’s License; forklift operating ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily workflow, assess operations, equipment performance, and shop personnel.
• Plan daily/weekly goals for refurbishment and assembly with Operations Manager.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Prepare data, forms, records, and reports for Operations Manager.
• Manage logistics for outside delivery services and control invoices and records.
• Maintain inventory records and coordinate weekly counts with Supply Chain.
