HULK is seeking an Inventory Associate for our Midland, TX facility to maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and audit processes. The role requires attention to detail, ability to work nights, and experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in inventory, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or related field.
• Experience with cycle counts, audits, reconciliations preferred.
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems such as NetSuite.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment including forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory cleanliness and organization inside and outside the facility.
• Receive inventory including new, returns, and refurbished items; input data into ERP.
• Label and stock items; ensure correct storage locations.
• Package/ship products to replenish internal and external needs.
• Perform daily, weekly, or quarterly inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Pick, pack, and create outbound shipments; verify accuracy of inbound/outbound shipments.

The Inventory Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through daily cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and conducting quality audits. Must be a team player with strong attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to meet physical demands. Will assist in inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and transaction records. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, is detail-oriented, and has experience in data entry and analysis. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work both in a team-oriented environment and independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all inventory both inside and outside the facility
• Manage the receipt of all inventory, such as new, returns, and to be refurbished products, including unloading, counting, and inputting inventory data into the ERP system
• Label inventory with the correct item numbers, ensure it is suitably packaged for storage, and stock inventory in the correct location
• Package/ship product to replenish internal and external inventory needs (via sales orders/ bill of ladings, transfer orders, etc.)
• Organize and manage the storage of all inventory in a safe and secure manner
• Perform inventory audits, cycle counting, and physical inventory counts on daily, weekly or quarterly intervals
• Pick, pack, and create outbound shipments to satisfy sales orders
• Utilizes material handling equipment to unload and load customer/vendor shipments
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy in all activities and perform them in a timely manner
• Verify the accuracy and quality of inbound and outbound shipments (quality control)
• Process returns efficiently, ensuring accurate inventory updates and timely communication with appropriate internal contacts
• Use of various software including the CRM, NetSuite ERP, and Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, materials management, or a related environment required.
• 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience preferred, particularly within oil and gas, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial operations.
• Experience with cycle counts, inventory audits, inventory reconciliation, and investigating discrepancies preferred.
• Experience receiving, labeling, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory.
• Experience using an ERP, warehouse management, or inventory management system required. NetSuite experience preferred.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and general office applications.
• Basic mathematical skills with the ability to accurately count, verify, and reconcile inventory.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work with limited supervision.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers, supervisors, customers, and other business partners.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing operational priorities.
• Ability to work overtime and maintain a flexible schedule based on operational demand.
• Reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record required.

Work Environment

This is a hands-on night-shift warehouse position supporting HULK’s Midland operations. The role requires regular standing, walking, lifting, material handling, and use of warehouse equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Possess full use of both hands to feel or manipulate objects, tools, or controls

Schedule

• Saturday - Wednesday: 6pm to 6am, with overtime as needed
