Job summary

HULK, a leading upstream O&G tools provider, seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee shop and field operations in Midland/ODessa area. You’ll manage technicians, equipment, and processes to ensure quality and safety, acting as the liaison between technicians and management.

Must reside in Midland, TX or Odessa, TX. Responsibilities include coordinating refurbishment/assembly goals with the Ops Manager, training staff, and maintaining accurate reports and inventory.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 7+ years of related work experience; 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Able to train technicians and track progress.
• Proven leadership to coach and mentor a team.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Good communication and basic computer skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screen; valid Class C license; forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, equipment performance, and shop personnel.
• Set daily/weekly goals for refurbishment and assembly with Ops Manager.
• Lead safety meetings; ensure PPE compliance and safety policies.
• Prepare data, forms, and records; submit reports to Ops Manager.
• Coordinate outside delivery services; manage invoices and scheduling.
• Foster teamwork; maintain relationships with other departments and vendors.
