Stabil Drill, A Superior Energy Services Company, is seeking a full-time Operations Coordinator (Night Shift) in Midland, Texas. The role involves planning, scheduling and coordinating personnel and equipment to ensure projects run smoothly.

You will provide technical support on equipment specifications, uphold QHSE procedures, and lead by example with professional conduct across the district. This position requires 2–5 years of related experience and a GED or high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track personnel and 3rd party resources for jobs.
• Maintain acceptable shop conditions and suggest procedural improvements.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant QHSE handbooks and procedures.
• Perform additional duties to keep the department efficient; some manual work.
