Job summary

Johnson Controls, a global leader in safety and energy solutions, seeks an Operations Analyst to provide Level 1 technical and operational support for MasterMind applications and service platforms across the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. The role emphasizes monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, and customer service to ensure system availability.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in technical support or monitoring centers, strong problem-solving

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years supporting MasterMind Business and/or Monitoring applications.
• Strong troubleshooting methods and knowledge of security monitoring solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work independently in a 24/7 operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support for MasterMind applications and service platforms.
• Monitor system and service performance and respond to incidents.
• Troubleshoot application, device, circuit, and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and internal teams to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Escalate incidents to maintain uptime and continuity.
• Document incidents and communications accurately.
• Follow operating procedures and support processes.
• Deliver high level of customer service while managing multiple priorities.
