Job summary

Grainger is seeking On-Site Services Crib Associates (OSCA) for a part-time Fri-Sun role located at the Mapleton Foundry. You will manage warehouse tasks, inventory, order processing, and staging while supporting customer service and safe operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ years in a related field, can lift 25–60 lbs, and are comfortable with SAP and scanning tech. This role anchors a busy, safety-driven team in a classic distribution setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in related field.
• Lift 25 to 60lbs.
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and PC based programs including SAP.
• Customer service and sales growth oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receive product from multiple sources including Grainger competitors; put away product and maximize cube space.
• Process backorders to fulfill customer orders and meet order ready times.
• Picks & stages customer orders to achieve our goals and Customer expectations.
• Pick and prepare orders for customer. (tracking items removed from crib)
• Perform inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Grounds keeping and trash collection/disposal to provide a clean appearance for customers and employees.
• Support customer service by assisting customers picking up and loading product.
