Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of experience in a related field.
• Lift 25 to 60 lbs.
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and PC-based programs including SAP.

Responsibilities

• Receive product from multiple sources and put away to maximize space.
• Process backorders to fulfill customer orders and meet timelines.
• Picks and stages customer orders to meet goals and expectations.
• Pick and prepare orders for customers, tracking items.
• Perform inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with grounds keeping and trash disposal to maintain a clean site.
• Support customer service by assisting customers with pickup and loading.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to maintain loyalty.
