Job summary

Grainger is hiring Onsite Services Crib Associates (OSCA) to support warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, and shipping. You report to the On-Site Service Manager and help maintain inventory integrity while delivering quality service to customers.

Responsibilities include processing backorders, maximizing space, counting inventory, and assisting customers with loading product. A high school diploma and 1+ years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in related field.
Lift 25 to 60lbs.
Operate computerized scanning equipment and PC-based programs including SAP.
Customer service and sales growth oriented.

Responsibilities

Receive product from multiple sources and maximize cube space.
Process backorders to fulfill customer orders and meet ready times.
Picks & stages customer orders to achieve our goals and Customer expectations.
Pick and prepare orders for customer. (tracking items removed from crib)
Perform inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Grounds keeping and trash collection/disposal to provide a clean appearance for customers and employees.
Support customer service by assisting customers picking up and loading product.
Resolve customer problems promptly in a manner to retain and promote customer loyalty.
