HelloFresh is seeking an Associate Director of Safety to lead safety programs across the US, partnering with Operations, MRE, Engineering, HR, and Quality teams to drive safe processes and compliance. The role emphasizes lean principles, hierarchy of controls, and data-driven decision making to remove hazards and protect our workforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ management experience in occupational safety and health.
• 3 years multi-site experience managing site-level leaders.
• Experience in a Fulfilment or Distribution Environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive a strategic and tactical safety approach in partnership with your team.
• Identify trends and risk areas within facilities and implement corrective measures.
• Continuously improve safety culture through instruction and training of leaders.
• Assess performance, report critical issues and emerging risks to management.
• Maintain safety subject matter expertise and engage industry resources as appropriate.
• Create weekly reviews of projects, incidents, and trend analyses.
• Work independently with limited direction and communicate effectively.
