Qualifications

• BSN preferred and required graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver quality patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Effectively communicate pertinent patient/family information to the health care team.
• Document care and teaching provided to patients and families.
• Participate in identifying and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
