Job summary

Brio Living Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for night shift at our Grand Rapids, Michigan campus. You will provide hands-on nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with a skilled care team to maintain high-quality, resident-centered care.

The role requires an RN license with CPR/BLS certification, preferably a BSN, and prior geriatric or skilled nursing experience.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• BSN preferred; ADN with experience acceptable
• CPR or BLS certification required
• Experience with seniors/geriatric care valued
• Background in skilled nursing/long-term care preferred
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds independently

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor health
• Lead and collaborate with care team for personalized resident care
• Record and maintain accurate medical records and care plans
• Assess residents and report changes to clinical team
• Manage admissions and discharges per policy
• Ensure safety and infection control procedures are followed
