Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in developing a reporting system across shifts.
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers to supervise staff on assigned shift.
• Supervise and evaluate resident care, staffing, supplies, equipment, and environment.
• Protect resident rights and coordinate care with other professionals.
• Serve as a role model and preceptor for student nurses.
• Communicate with residents, families, and visitors to address concerns.
• Identify in-service needs and implement orientation programs.
