Qualifications

• Three years of clinical nursing practice with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ACLS/PALS or department-specific certifications may be required.
• BSN and specialty certifications preferred for advanced roles.

Responsabilités

• Lead and participate in hospital-wide nursing leadership activities and committees.
• Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations of the designated unit.
• Develop, monitor and evaluate care delivery to ensure quality and compliance.
• Promote evidence-based practice and continuous process improvements.
• Coach and mentor staff; ensure competency and professional development.
