Job summary

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, uphold nursing standards and ethics, and mentor staff while promoting evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS certified.
• ACLS/PALS relevant to department may be required.
• BSN preferred for advanced leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinical and administrative operations of a designated unit/program.
• Prepares staff schedules and resources to meet patient care needs.
• Leads hospital, departmental, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensures adherence to nursing standards, ethics, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentors staff, provides feedback, and promotes clinical competence.
• Partners with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
