Qualifications

• Three (3) years of demonstrated clinical nursing practice with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations of designated unit/ program.
• Lead staff scheduling and resource allocation to meet patient care needs.
• Coach and evaluate nursing staff to ensure competency and quality outcomes.
• Promote evidence-based practice and process improvement within the department.
• Coordinate patient care conferences and participate in interdisciplinary rounds.
