Responsibilities

• Assists nurses in delivering nursing care as part of the care team.
• Performs daily clinical tasks: safe patient ambulation, pain management, drain care, tube care, and wound care.
• Administers complex nursing activities and communicates patient needs to the interdisciplinary team.
• Documents care activities and observations and communicates changes in patient condition.
