Job summary

Sanford Health in Marshfield, WI is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to care for patients during 12-hour night shifts. You will provide patient-centered nursing care under the supervision of an RN or LPN and assist with daily living activities.

Starting rate ranges from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and automatic premium shift pay for eligible shifts. A full-time schedule and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
• If working in North Dakota, must be on the ND Nurse Aide Registry within 4 months.
• If working in Wisconsin, must be on Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry with current work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Record vital signs and assist with basic health needs under RN/LPN supervision.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment; assist with scheduling and documentation.
