Sanford Health in Beaver Dam, WI is seeking a Nursing Assistant to deliver patient-centered care under RN/LPN supervision. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support treatment workflows in a 12-hour night shift role with 24 weekly hours.

The NA may collect non-invasive samples, perform light clerical duties, and prepare patient areas, ensuring safe, respectful, and compassionate care across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred.
• If in ND, must be on the ND Nurse Aide Registry upon training/competency validation or within four months of employment.
• If in Wisconsin, must be on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility or current student nurse with 16 hours of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Record vital statistics and other basic health information.
• Prepare treatment areas, clean equipment, and dispose of biomedical waste.
• Provide one-on-one care as needed for safe patient care.
