• Monitors the daily care of all residents.
• Performs skilled nursing tasks as defined by policy and state law.
• Documents observations, concerns, and changes in resident conditions and ensures follow-up documentation.
• Communicates resident needs to family members and physicians.
• Records and implements physician orders.
• Ensures care plans are followed by Caregivers.
• Maintains orderly medication cart and records; supports medication administration.
