Life Enriching Communities is seeking an experienced LPN Supervisor for the night shift at Wesley Glen in Columbus, Ohio. The role emphasizes nursing leadership, ensuring safe operations, high-quality resident care, and coordination with CNAs, RNs, physicians, and families.

The position requires an accredited nursing diploma, supervisory experience, and strong customer service skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred, with EMR knowledge advantageous.

Formación

• Diploma from accredited nursing school.
• Previous nursing experience in a continuing care retirement community or hospital with supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess a customer service background and orientation with demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency. Electronic medical records knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees health services staff in the absence of the Nurse Manager and acts as whole house manager on duty.
• Directs day-to–day job function duties of resident assistants and nurses; makes staffing decisions.
• Performs admissions, transfers and discharge functions as assigned.
• Communicates with doctors, families and other health professionals.
