Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Staff Nurse (LPN) for The Blake at Township in Ohio. This part-time role covers 11pm-7am on a schedule that includes every other Monday, Friday, and every other weekend, delivering high-quality care to residents.

The LPN will administer medications, support memory and performance programs, and work with a team and leadership to ensure safety and compassion in daily care. CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and be willing to serve others.
• Current License for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) issued by the state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Assisted Living or Long-term care experience preferred.
• Current First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical treatment and administer medication according to physician orders within the scope of applicable board and state regulations for assisted living.
• Provide world-class care and service for residents while remaining flexible and adapting to change.
• Assist residents with memory and performance improvement programs.
• Work independently (with minimal direct supervision) and with a team to organize, prioritize tasks, document clearly, and follow through on assignments.
• Serve as charge nurse on shift for the personal assistants under the direction of the Wellness Leadership team.
