Job summary

Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead the night shift and oversee nursing operations. The RN/LPN Supervisor assumes primary nursing responsibilities, directs care plans, and serves as a professional role model for the team.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality nursing care, coordinating with physicians, supervising Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments, ensuring timely communication and documentation, and monitoring staff

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN or equivalent experience.
• Current license to practice as an RN / LPN in TN.
• Previous experience in a nursing home leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Assure effective quality nursing care focused on outcomes using the nursing process.
• Implement care plans consistently and efficiently with resident-centered outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to update plans of care.
• Deliver and maintain optimum resident care by applying current nursing practices.
• Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments per shift.
• Ensure timely communication of treatment and assessment information and documentation.
• Monitor staff activities to ensure care aligns with plans and physician orders.
