Apploi is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to lead the Skilled Nursing Facility's 3rd shift as Supervisor. The role focuses on geriatric care, independent assessment and treatment, and supervising CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care.

The ideal candidate holds a Tennessee RN or LPN license, has experience in long-term care, and demonstrates strong communication with physicians, families, and care teams. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Formación

• Current Tennessee License-LPN or RN.
• Experience supervising CNAs in a SNF/ LTC setting.
• Strong communication with physicians, families and care teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care for residents in the Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit.
• Medication administration, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervise CNAs.
