Job summary

Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an RN Supervisor for night shift leadership. The role manages resident care, directs nursing staff, and ensures adherence to policies and procedures while maintaining high-quality care for geriatric residents.

Qualifications include RN licensure in TN, BSN or equivalent, and prior nursing-home leadership experience. The position is full-time with benefits; salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent experience.
• Current license to practice as an RN / LPN in TN.
• Previous experience in a nursing home leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality nursing care using the nursing process and discharge planning.
• Implement plan of care consistently with resident-centered outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and health professionals to adapt care plans.
• Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments on the unit and shift.
• Communicate treatment and assessment information timely to optimize services.
