Job summary

Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an RN/LPN Night Shift Supervisor to join our dedicated team in Nashville, Tennessee. The role includes directing nursing care, supervising Charge, Treatment and CNA staff, and ensuring care plans meet geriatric residents' needs.

You must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an RN or LPN license in TN and previous leadership experience in a nursing home.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current license to practice as an RN or LPN in TN.

Responsibilities

• Direct the formulation and implementation of resident care plans.
• Supervise Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments on a unit and shift.
• Ensure timely communication and coordination with physicians and other health care professionals.
• Deliver and maintain high-quality nursing care focused on resident outcomes.
• Monitor staff activities to ensure care is delivered according to plans and physician orders.
