Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ supervisor experience preferred.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN required.

Responsibilities

• Continuously supervises staff to ensure quality nursing care.
• Coordinates quality improvement monitoring and evaluates staff performance.
• Plans staffing patterns to meet patient care requirements.
• Adheres to Infection Control Policies and Environmental Safety Procedures.
• Ensures safety levels for assigned patients according to guidelines.
