Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Continuously supervises staff to ensure quality nursing care.
• Coordinates and reviews quality improvement monitoring and evaluates staff performance.
• Plans staffing patterns to meet patient care needs and productivity standards.
• Adheres to Infection Control Policies and Environmental Safety procedures.
• Determines safety levels for assigned patients per guidelines.
