Job summary

Phoenix Health Services, a family-owned skilled nursing facility, seeks a dedicated Night Shift Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN) to lead our overnight team and ensure residents receive exceptional care throughout the night.

As the Nurse Supervisor, you’ll provide clinical leadership, supervise night staff, manage urgent needs, and maintain thorough documentation. We offer competitive pay, shift differential, a quiet focused setting, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license in Ohio.
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience is a plus.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking and documentation skills.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support night shift clinical staff (STNAs and nurses).
• Ensure resident safety, comfort, and proper documentation overnight.
• Respond to emergencies, assess resident status, and contact providers as needed.
• Perform routine nursing duties, including med passes and wound checks.
• Oversee admissions or discharges that occur overnight.
• Communicate with the day shift to ensure a smooth transition.
