CareCore Health LLC in Lima, OH seeks a dedicated Night Shift Supervisor (LPN or RN) to lead overnight nursing operations while maintaining direct patient care responsibilities. The role oversees a medication cart and supports the nursing team on the night shift.

The qualified candidate will have an Ohio license (LPN or RN) and prior long-term care or leadership experience. This is a full-time, 6pm–6am position with opportunities for growth within CareCore Health.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPN or RN license.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team while managing direct care responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on the assigned unit.

CareCore at Lima is seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Shift Supervisor (LPN or RN) to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical nurse who thrives in a structured environment and is comfortable leading overnight operations while maintaining direct patient care responsibilities.

Position Summary

The Night Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing operations during the night shift. This role includes leadership, clinical oversight, and hands-on responsibilities, including managing a medication cart.

Schedule

Full-Time

Night Shift 6pm-6am

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned unit
• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with all regulations
• Administer medications and treatments as assigned, including full med cart responsibilities
