Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is seeking registered nurses for the night shift (6pm–6am) at our Fort Wayne facility. You will deliver high-quality medical care during admission, treatment, and discharge, while coordinating pharmacy needs and maintaining detailed logs.

The role requires current RN or LPN licensure in Indiana (or multistate compact) and strong communication, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic, compassionate environment focused on recovery services.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN licensure to practice in-state (or compact licensure with multistate privileges)
• Minimum one year diploma program post-high school

Responsibilities

• Provide quality medical care for each client throughout admission, treatment and discharge
• Coordinate all pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and keep clear med logs
• Collaborate with extended medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure total coordination of care
• Maintain meticulous medical documentation, tracking and reporting for each client
• Provide patient education in individual and group settings
