Responsibilities

• Conducts chart reviews to check staff's work and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Makes daily rounds on residents and follows up on medications, physician visits, and orders.
• Prepares and administers medications as ordered by physicians.
• Ensures care plans and LTC documentation are established for new admissions.
• Transcribes physician orders and ensures proper documentation and reporting.
