Job summary

Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an LPN/RN Supervisor for the night shift (7P-7A) to oversee resident care and staff coordination. The role emphasizes adherence to nursing processes, collaboration with physicians, and ensuring quality outcomes for geriatric residents.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, a BSN or equivalent, and an active TN LPN/RN license with prior nursing home leadership experience. Daily pay option highlighted.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent experience.
• Current license to practice as an LPN/RN in TN.
• Previous experience in a nursing home leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Assure that effective quality nursing care is delivered which is outcome focused through utilization of the nursing process.
• Implement plan of care consistently, effectively and cost efficiently with focus on resident centered outcomes.
• Collaborate with physician and health care professionals by sharing information relevant to changing plan of care.
• Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort with current nursing practices.
• Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments and activities in an assigned unit and shift.
