Qualifications

• Follows established facility policies and standard nursing practices.
• Performs general nursing duties and ensures safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Conducts daily rounds on residents and monitors care and medication administration.
• Prepares and administers medications as ordered by physicians.
• Transcribes physician orders and ensures accurate charting in LTC.
• Monitors and supports staff in providing resident-centered care.
• Ensures Call Lights are answered promptly and care plans are maintained.
