Job summary

The Greens at Gastonia is currently seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to join our 3rd shift nursing team in Gastonia, NC. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff and opportunities for career growth.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, supervise CNAs, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure high-quality care. We foster a supportive leadership culture and are Proud to be Great Place to Work Certified.

Qualifications

• Current, active North Carolina LPN or RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individualized plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete resident assessments and nursing documentation accurately and timely.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly.
• Supervise and support CNAs during the shift.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and staff.
