Job summary

The Greens at Gastonia is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) in Gastonia, NC. Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available, with a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 for full-time staff.

Qualifications

Current, active and unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current CPR certification.
Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-care skills.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individualized plans of care.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Complete resident assessments and nursing documentation accurately and timely.
Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly.
Supervise and support CNAs during the shift.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and staff.
