Job summary

The Greens at Gastonia in Gastonia, NC is looking for compassionate LPNs and RNs to join our 3rd shift nursing team. The role provides direct resident care, medication administration, and collaboration with CNAs and the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, active North Carolina LPN or RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individualized plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete resident assessments and nursing documentation accurately and timely.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly.
• Supervise and support CNAs during the shift.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and staff.

Education

Current North Carolina LPN or RN license

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Current CPR certification

Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
