Job summary

The Greens at Gastonia is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) in Gastonia, NC. Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Current, active, and unencumbered NC LPN or RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per individualized plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete resident assessments and nursing documentation accurately.
• Monitor residents for changes and communicate concerns promptly.
• Supervise and support CNAs during the shift.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing leadership.
• Promote a safe and compassionate environment for residents and staff.
