Job summary

The Greens at Gastonia in Gastonia, NC is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs for our 3rd shift (11 PM–7 AM). Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for full-time. We offer night shift differential, competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

Active North Carolina LPN or RN license
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current CPR certification
Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-care skills

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents per individualized plans of care
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Complete resident assessments and nursing documentation timely
Monitor residents for changes and communicate concerns promptly
Supervise and support CNAs during the shift
Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary care team
Promote a safe, respectful environment for residents and staff
