Qualifikationen

• Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree will be verified).
• Registered Nurses (RNs) hired or promoted into this role must obtain their BSN within four years of hire or promotion.

Aufgaben

• Leading change, scheduling, and maintaining staff competencies.
• Precepting and acting as a charge nurse on night shift.
• Assist staff with direct patient care and support unit operations.
• Oversee unit-based Council and guide night shift toward meeting KPIs and quality metrics.
• Ensure staffing levels match census and acuity, and manage time, supplies, and resources.
