• Lead night shift on the unit, schedule staff, and precept new hires.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while guiding the team.
• Monitor KPIs and quality metrics, and participate in unit-based governance.
• Oversee staff competency and performance reviews; support professional development.
