Qualifications

• Current Nursing License to practice as an RN in state of practice.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) within four years of hire/promotion; degree will be verified.
• If there is an existing education agreement, that agreement will take precedence.

Responsibilities

• Lead unit staff and resources during night shift to meet KPIs.
• Precept, act as charge nurse, and assist audits and orientation.
• Coordinate patient care using nursing process with the care team.
• Ensure staffing matches census and acuity levels.
• Support unit-based council and quality initiatives.
