Intermountain Health Saint Joseph's Hospital in Denver, CO is seeking a Nurse Clinical Leader to provide leadership and clinical expertise during night shifts. You will manage unit resources, supervise staff, and support professional governance and quality initiatives.

The role includes bedside patient care, precepting, and acting as charge nurse on the night shift, with office hours for audits and staff development. 36 hours weekly with night coverage.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree will be verified).
• Registered Nurses (RNs) hired or promoted into this role must obtain their BSN within four years of hire or promotion date.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage on night shift.
• Mentor new staff and oversee unit-based council and audits.
• Ensure compliance with policies, documentation accuracy and regulatory standards.
• Support performance reviews and drive unit KPIs and quality metrics.
