Job summary

Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation seeks a Nursing Care Assistant for the night shift (7p-7a) in the United States, 32 hours per week. Starting at $18.00/hour based on years of experience, with night shift premium, full-time benefits, PTO, and yearly increases.

Under the supervision of an RN, you will assist with patient care, monitor vitals, transport patients, and help maintain a safe, clean environment. This role emphasizes compassionate communication with patients and families and adherence to

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift and assist with patient care per policy.
• No prior experience required; CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including feeding, hygiene, and vital signs.
• Assist with patient transfers, ambulation and mobility.
• Document care in patient records according to policy.
• Respond promptly to call lights and maintain safety.
• Collaborate with RN to support individualized care plans.
