Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license.
• Provide patient care under RN supervision.
• Experience with clinical documentation and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as delegated by the RN.
• Administer medications (non-IV) as ordered and documented.
• Record vital signs and report changes promptly.
• Educate patients and families and reinforce plan of care.
• Document care in the patient record per policy.
